Our Staging Design serve to create a complete look and feel. If your property is already furnished (Occupied) we focus on using your existing furniture and accessories where possible, showing rooms as they were intended to be used. We will recommended any additional items to complete the look.
Vacant properties, sometimes cost can be a limitation. In these situations, we are committed to serve our clients on project of all sizes and budgets, so we will provide an estimate for both a complete and a partial staging.
Partial staging focusing on rooms that have must impact, i.e. living room, kitchen, main bathroom and master bedroom/ensuite. However, each home has unique spaces that can and should be featured, such as a great outdoor patio or a home office.
With BiBau Staging & Style, you can opt for a Walk & Talk Consultation or a Consultation with Report.
Walk & Talk: You will walk with our Stager, and you will write your own notes from the instructions provided on, what to keep, what to store, aiming to enhance the space appealing to the potential buyers.
Consultation with Report: in addition of the Walk & Talk, you will receive a full property evaluation, which includes a written report with all recommended updates, repairs, furniture arrangements, paint colors, and decorating suggestions.
Our report provide a clear action plan for preparing your home for sale.
You receive a full evaluation notes from the consultation.
If you have requested pricing on further staging services or staging rental items, you will receive these within the next two days.
You may then decide if you wish to implement the recommendations yourself, or to employ BiBau Staging & Style to assist with preparing your house for sale.

It is your decision what to implement. The more you implement, the better are your chances of selling your home faster and for the more money.
We understand that some of our recommendations may not fit your timeframe and/or budget, but we do suggest aiming for a minimum of 75%.
