Walk & Talk: You will walk with our Stager, and you will write your own notes from the
instructions provided on, what to keep, what to store, aiming to enhance the space appealing to the
potential buyers.

Consultation with Report: In addition of the Walk & Talk, you will receive a full property evaluation, which includes a written report with all recommended updates, repairs, furniture arrangements, paint colors, and decorating suggestions.

After the consultation of your property, it is time for hands on .
BiBau Staging & Style will help you to implement all recommended updates . This process includes our expertise on decluttering, de-personalizing, altering furniture placement and shopping for items that go with what you own to transform the Home décor.
